All direct sales are final
Every direct copy is made for your MT5 accounts and delivered as a file. A delivered file cannot be returned, so we do not refund direct purchases. That includes trading losses, results that differ from backtests, demo accounts or other traders, and a change of mind.
Not happy? 50% off your next EA
If you are not happy with your EA, from 15 days after purchase you can get a code for 50% off a different SachinFX EA, from that order in your account. One code per order paid without a discount code. It is personal to your account, can be used once, and lasts [60 days]. Your licence for the first EA carries on as before.
Before you buy
Read the product page, the backtest report and the risk disclosure, and ask us anything on Telegram before you pay. At checkout you confirm that you understand direct sales are final.
If the build does not work
Message us on Telegram with your order number. If the build does not run on the account numbers you gave us, or we sent the wrong product, we fix it or send a corrected build. [If we cannot deliver a working build at all, we return the full amount you paid.]
Short payments and overpayments
- If a crypto payment arrives short, the order waits until you send the difference. Message us on Telegram if you need help.
- [If you pay twice for the same order, or more than the total, we return the extra in the same coin, less the network fee.]
Purchases on MQL5 Market
Purchases on MQL5 Market follow MQL5's refund rules. We cannot refund them directly.
