Who we are
sachinfx.com is run by [legal name of the business or person], [address], trading as SachinFX (we, us). These terms apply when you use the site or buy from us directly. Purchases on MQL5 Market are covered by MQL5's own terms.
Using the site
The content on this site is for information and education. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy, resell or republish our content, test reports or code without our written permission.
Buying directly
- Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown on the product page when you buy.
- Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. We never see your wallet keys. Card and PayPal payments for MQL5 Market purchases are taken by MQL5.
- Your order is complete once payment is confirmed. We then build your licensed copy and send it by email [within 12 hours].
- Crypto payments cannot be reversed. If we add card payments, you agree not to open a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase you made; if something is wrong, message us first and we will put it right under the refund policy. A chargeback we consider unjustified ends the licence for that purchase.
Every purchase is also covered by the licence policy and the refund policy.
Discount codes
We sometimes send discount codes, for example before festivals, to account holders and Lab Notes subscribers who agreed to receive offers. Unless the email says otherwise, each code:
- is personal to the email address it was sent to, and can be used once
- is for a new purchase of an EA you do not already own
- works until the date given in the email
- cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer [, including the 5% crypto discount]
We may cancel a code that is shared, sold or misused.
The software, as described
We describe each EA honestly, including how it trades and how it was tested. Trading results depend on markets, brokers and settings outside our control, so we do not promise any profit or any result. As far as the law allows, the software is provided as it is, without any warranty that it will be profitable or suit your purpose.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect losses that come from using our software or content. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Custom work
Custom builds, conversions, ports and audits are agreed in a written spec with a fixed price. The spec sets what is delivered and when. [Who owns the source code of custom work: to be decided.]
Your account
- Buying directly needs a SachinFX account. Keep the details in it true and up to date, especially your email and MT5 account numbers.
- You sign in with your email and password, with a code sent to your email, or with your Google account. Keep your password private and your email and Google accounts secure. Anything done after a valid sign-in to your account is treated as done by you.
- Tell us straight away on Telegram if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or the licence policy, or that is used for fraud. Your order records are kept as the law requires.
The VIP Telegram channel
Direct buyers get a personal invite to our private VIP Telegram channel for set files, updates and news. It is a broadcast channel: only we post in it. Support is one to one with us on Telegram. The invite works once and only for you.
- Do not share the invite, EA files, set files, reports or channel posts outside the channel.
- Do not resell, copy or publish our settings or trades.
We may remove anyone who breaks these rules. Removal from the channel for a serious breach can also end the licence.
Links to brokers and other sites
Some links to brokers are partner links: if you open an account through them, we may earn a commission from the broker. It costs you nothing extra and does not change how we test or describe any EA. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content, services or terms.
Notices by email
You agree that we can send receipts, licence notices and changes to these terms by email or on this site, and that these count as written notice.
Complaints
Complaints about an order or the site go to our Grievance Officer: [full name], Founder, [support email], or contact us on Telegram. Each complaint gets a reference number. We acknowledge it within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase.
General
- These terms, with the licence policy, the refund policy, the risk disclosure and the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site and buying directly.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Any claim about the site or a purchase must be brought within one year of the event it is about, unless the law gives you longer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of [city], India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any rights you have to bring a claim where you live.
